Presenters:

Rachelle Cohen, Esq., is a principal in Kehr, Schiff & Crane LLP, in Los Angeles, where her practice focuses on business transactions and providing legal ethics advice. Rachelle currently is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Professional Responsibility and Ethics Committee and the California Lawyer Association’s Corporations Committee, and is a board member of the Century City Bar Association. Previously, Rachelle was a Vice Chair of the Executive Committee of the California State Bar's Business Law Section. She has lectured on many topics, including the California Rules of Professional Conduct, and has taught as an adjunct at the USC Gould School of Law. She attended the UCLA School of Law and received a B.S. in Marketing and Management from Cornell University.

 


Robert L. Kehr, Esq., is a principal in Kehr, Schiff & Crane, LLP, in Los Angeles, where his practice includes business and other transactions, providing legal ethics advice, and serving as a consultant and expert witness concerning lawyer conduct.  He was a member of the California State Bar Commission for the Revision of the Rules of Professional Conduct, the Chair of the State Bar Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct, and the Chair and a continuing member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Professional Responsibility and Ethics Committee.  Mr. Kehr is a frequent speaker and author regarding the professional responsibilities of lawyers and is an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School.  Mr. Kehr is a graduate of Cornell University and the Columbia University School of Law.

 

 

 

Program Host:

Camilla Chan, Esq., is a partner at Raines Feldman LLP.  Her practice area is litigation, including real estate, entertainment and business contracts disputes. Camilla serves on the Board of Governors of the Century City Bar Association.
