Constitutional Law Luncheon with Dean Erwin Chemerinsky

Thursday, July 22nd, 2010 - 12-1:30 pm

The Supreme Court's Current Term and Implications for the Future

Every July, a preeminent constitutional law scholar provides our legal community with an update of the decisions and impact of the United States Supreme Court’s current term. Following last year's success, Erwin Chemerinsky, founding dean of the University of California, Irvine School of Law, will deliver what promises to be an enjoyable and enlightening discussion of recent US Supreme Court decisions and Harvard Law School Dean Elena Kagan's confirmation process.

MAKE THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW LUNCHEON PART OF YOUR FIRM'S SUMMER ASSOCIATE PROGRAM!

The Century City Bar Association's Constitutional Law Luncheon presents a rewarding opportunity for a fun and stimulating summer associate event. Summer associates enjoy a discounted rate of $35.

Erwin Chemerinsky is one of the country’s foremost legal thinkers and experts on Constitutional Law. He is the author of six books, numerous articles, and a regular column on the United States Supreme Court carried by California Lawyer, the Los Angeles Daily Journal, and Trial Magazine. Dean Chemerinsky frequently argues appellate cases, including in the United States Supreme Court and the United States Courts of Appeals. He holds a law degree from Harvard Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University. For a more detailed bio, click here.
