2010 Century City Bar Association Honoree: Litigator of the Year

Marshall Grossman is a partner in Bingham McCutchen. He has both prosecuted and defended major commercial litigation throughout his distinguished career.

Marshall attended UCLA and received his legal education at the University of Southern California where he served as Production Editor of the Southern California Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He received his LL.B. in 1964.

Marshall was named by the Daily Journal as one of the Top 100 Lawyers of 2009 and has been consecutively named as a Southern California Super Lawyer since 2004. He has been honored by Chambers Global with a No. 1 ranking in Litigation (Trial Lawyers) and also by Chambers USA with top rankings in Commercial Litigation and Entertainment and Media Litigation. For several years, including 2009, he has been listed among the “100 Most Influential Lawyers” in California by the Daily Journal. Marshall was also named one of LawDragon’s 500 “Leading Lawyers in America.”

Marshall has served on the boards of Bet Tzedek Legal Services, Public Counsel, Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters and on the national board of the American Jewish Committee.
